moderndaydragon. He comes from an alternate universe version of Yu-Gi-Oh! that attempts to keep the feel of the Toei version/early manga intact by reducing focus on Dark Yugi and Duel Monsters (though they still remain). The AU gets very heavily splintered once it reaches Duelist Kingdom and diverges into other plotlines and changes eventually.
