Compared to his other half, he appears at least a little taller, though he tends to slouch. His build and mass of hair also make him look taller than he is, but in comparison to others, he's still fairly small.


Dark's height is not exceptional.

His eye coloring is red, though when he's first released, bits of purple get mixed in (as seen in the first episode). The more of a normal person he becomes, the less purple there is in his eyes. His skin is about average, with no notable markings, no scars or tattoos. He wears a plain watch on his left wrist.

Clothing style depends on Yugi, and ranges from his school uniform to regular shirts and trousers combos. He's never found without the collar, however, and it's implied that Yugi wears the same bondage-esque stuff he does in DM underneath them but doesn't have the confidence to wear it openly. They prefer short sleeved or sleeveless clothing.

When Dark is in control, however, large Ankh-shaped cuffs appear on his clothing if he's wearing a jacket such as his school uniform. His jacket is always hanging open when he's in control and though his clothes are still mostly neat, he has an appearance of casual insolence in his posture that removes the 'nice boy' effect efficiently.

The Eye of Ra that appears on his forehead is a genuine "be afraid" banner; it only appears during a Dark Game/Shadow Game and only then when his magic is in use - which usually means the end of the duel.
